The new qualification program by the Graduate Academy, featuring workshops for doctoral candidates and early postdocs at the University of Leipzig, is set to resume after the summer break! You can find the complete program schedule until July 2024 by following this link:
The workshop program guides researchers through their academic journey, assists them in the writing process, and helps prepare for careers both within and outside academia. In addition to popular classics, this year the Academy is introducing even more courses focused on research data management and, in February, will emphasize diverse writing opportunities during the "Writing Month." As an expansion to the program, members can now also register for free access to the online learning platform TwentyOneSkills. Registration for the next licenses, valid from October through the end of December, started on September 1st. Other notable events this year include the Mental Health Awareness Days from November 1st to 3rd and the Promotion Day on November 15th.
You can obtain the new brochure with the workshop program schedule until February 2024 in print form at the Graduate Academy or at the University of Leipzig libraries.

- Participation is now exclusively open to registered members of the Graduate Academy Leipzig.
- Registration for each workshop will automatically become available exactly one month before the workshop date, starting at 9 AM on the website. For example, you can register for the first workshop, "Design Basics for Scientists," starting at 9 AM on September 5th.
