Course Description
This workshop aims to provide guidelines for creating correct, accessible and graphically attractive visualizations of scientific data.
The participants will become familiar with the basics of graphic design for data visualization and learn how to create scientifically correct, effective and attractive graphics and how to avoid common pitfalls when visualizing scientific data.
- Edoardo Martini is a former scientist in the field of hydrology, now working as subject specialist at the Leipzig University Library. In his current role, he is offering workshops on academic publishing, data visualization and artificial intelligence.
